We believe our suppliers are partners, who we strive to work with, from roasting our own blend of coffee beans, to tailored made cocktail and gin menus. We look at efficient ways of working to ensure we can deliver fantastic dishes at a reasonable price, with a service style focused on the guest journey and delivering truly memorable experiences.
  • Property - We operate in truly stunning locations in buildings that have centuries of history. More often than not these buildings have seen better days, or are feeling the test of time. We unlock the potential in our properties by renovating them, investing in them, giving them the care they deserve to bring them back to looking fabulous. All of our hotels are several hundred years old, and all have fantastic stories to tell. Our philosophy is to invest to make them the marquee venues they deserve to be, putting in contemporary designs whilst delicately celebrating their storied histories.
  • Profit - Profit can sometimes be seen as a negative word, however, we are proud to talk about our profits as this is what enables us to continue to grow, continue to invest in our people, continue to develop our properties. It isn’t all about the money for us, but it helps us achieve all the fantastic things we set out to do.
