Since our inception, we’ve grown considerably, ensuring our systems, and, most importantly, our people, are ready to take the business to the next level.
Despite the venues being so far-flung, performance is constantly strong across this high quality, well invested in estate, a testament to the way a small head office team has worked hard to welcome new employees into the Coaching Inn culture. Group COO, Kevin Charity, is himself a familiar face wherever he goes.
Team members are encouraged to feel they are a part of a wider group and through our Junior Board, team embers from all different hotels, as well as our Central Operations team meet quarterly, and discuss how we can improve our workplace, strengthen our culture, and ultimately, provide best for our guests.

Recommended Provider for a second successive year, AA Hotel Group Of The Year 2023/24, and also named as a Top Employer in the UK, alongside other award wins & nominations.
